Carpency and Associates, LLC developed drawings and prepared a bid specification for IP CCTV cameras, intelligent video, intrusion detection, card readers plus biometric access control, dual function card access control, turnstiles, man traps, perimeter barriers, license plate readers, and hydraulic vehicle barriers. C&A designed the Central Alarm Station layout and console, and designed the receptionist console and badging area. C&A also produced the request-for-information (RFI) for prospective bidders, pre-qualified the bidders, prepared a request-for-proposal (RFP) and conducted a pre-bid conference.
