C&A conducted a study/assessment (including vehicle bomb considerations) for the interior and exterior of two high-rise office buildings, including access control, intrusion detection, CCTV surveillance, security head-end equipment, lobby security posts and access control points.  C&A also reviewed existing security policies and procedures and analyzed the security force operations and man loading.

C&A prepared a report with findings, recommendations and a cost estimate.
