Carpency and Associates, LLC conducted comprehensive security assessments of two combined cycle turbine generating power plants, one fossil generating station, seven electric substations, and ten water treatment facilities. C&A developed assessment reports with cost estimates and sketches for each facility to present findings and recommendations concerning perimeter barriers/fences, vehicle access control, personnel access control, CCTV surveillance, intrusion detection, and lighting.
